I celebrated my twin boys first birthdays today and after was able to turn on WrestleMania. It was one of those days where everything seemed to be going right in the world.

This is a reminder that things can change in a blink of an eye though. Frankie was a great poster, always appreciated his special knowledge he brought to the sport and I think he always got a bit of a kick out of my aggressive attempts at "cheapness" in regards to spending. Spent a lot of time debating the health of the sport and Org's with him. He clearly was more prepared for our disagreements where mine were more "just my thoughts" yet he always took the time to explain himself and why he felt I was wrong in a civil manner. The board is taking a big hit today.

With Frankie being a big Wrestling guy, it's sad that he wasn't able to enjoy WrestleMania tonight.

Congrats on the 1 year mark bro! You should be able to sleep again in about 2 years

In all my years reading (and posting on) Sherdog, @FrankieNYC was one of about 4 people worth interacting with. The guy was thoughtful, intelligent, knowledgeable, put in work, level-headed, and an all-around great guy.

Its doubtful we will get anymore information,altho we do have some locals lookin thru the obituaries. We will have to take it as we can,but its very plausible considering his apparent health problems.
