Conor has fought at 170, though. Frankie could probably fight at 135. I don’t see an easy takedown.

Conor isnt fighting anyone. The problem is the money.

When are the times he ducked Edgar? He and his manager - who made the claim he wanted to fight for the 165 belt and that Artem's team didn't want him fighting Zabit - made that claim about the 165 belt.
Edgar wasn't in talks to fight Conor. He was contacted alongside Aldo, Cerrone and Diaz. Edgar was out with a groin injury and sent the UFC X-Rays to show proof that he was injured, which I didn't understand.
It's Edgar's team who are coming out with these claims. Funny that people are making out Edgar and his team are whiter than white when Edgar made a claim that the UFC had hired some American wrestler to help Conor, and the wife of the wrestler got annoyed by it and called it nonsense.
He was supposed to come over to Ireland to do a meet and greet in a tacky, shithole of a pub - which I'd imagine was Abdelaziz's idea and as if to say; 'look, I'm in your country' and then it was canceled for no reason given.
And then let's not forget Abdelaziz taking over Edgar's Twitter and doing that memorable Q&A with fans.

Edgar dropped to FW because he found himself in title contention "no man's land" at LW after the 2nd Bendo loss. He wasn't cutting any weight to fight at LW anyway so the transition was very easy and logical. His team has even said that he could make 135.

Dana had been pressuring him to drop for a very long time and Frankie had always told him no.
The Aldo title shot did not come straight away. Edgar was originally supposed to make his FW debut against Lamas but he got the Aldo fight as an injury replacement when Koch pulled out.

Well tbh all he managed to do was spend the rest of his career a contender and get beat up worse by Jose twice

He beat Bendo in that second fight.. And the first was close too. Biggest moment in the fight was a fuckin leg kick
Ive actually noticed over the years that guys who dont cut any weight (as long as they can wrestle), seem to absorb shots better.. Have better stamina.
Ofcourse we didnt have a Khabib running shit. But i dont think anyone is going to beat him right now.
