Lol who has Aspinall beat? The almighty Pavlovich who had already been destroyed by old man Reem? Or Blaydes whose been KOd in every big moment of his career?
I get you guys want Jones to lose so you’ve created this imaginary unstoppable world beater in Aspinall to give you guys hope but he’s not that guy, it wouldn’t even be competitive, the best version of Ngannou would send him to the astral plane.
He is nowhere near his primeNgannou might still be in his prime.
Jones's last opponent was arguably the greatest HW in UFC historyI know his last opponent was not great but neither was Jones last opponent.
You would likely lose your money IMOAnd Francis dominated his opponent more.
My money would be on Ngannou.
This is an exceptionally shitty hot takeLol who has Aspinall beat? The almighty Pavlovich who had already been destroyed by old man Reem? Or Blaydes whose been KOd in every big moment of his career?

Tom wrecks Ngannou eight or nine times out of ten. Ngannou hitting a bit harder matters not at all given how hard Aspinall already hits, and Aspinall is simply much better than Ngannou at every other aspect of MMA aside from counter-punching. Aspinall is significantly faster and more accurate than anyone Ngannou has ever faced, reducing the utility of that one advantage. Ngannou has also been exposed to the extent that fighters with appropriate talent sets know what they have to do to beat him, and Aspinall has an appropriate skill set and is as good as anyone at executing his skill set well. Aspinall has an easy time of it if he fights a smart fight.
Yeah and so was Fedor, but nobody got credit for beating him at the end of his career. He is nowhere near his prime

Sure they did. Not full credit.Yeah and so was Fedor, but nobody got credit for beating him at the end of his career.
His performance against Gane was concerning and now he's almost 40 years old. Also, what evidence do we have that Ngannou has gone downhill? Getting KO'd by a top 5 boxer is not it.
He haven't seen anything of note in the cage for years. He had 1 MMA fight. His opponent was ok, not great, but not terrible. And Francis dominated him like he was supposed to.
The only thing you could say about Francis is maybe he has ring rust from being inactive, but from what we've seen in the cage his skills haven't declined.
Why does everyone conveniently forget that Francis had no knee's in that fight? His performance against Gane was concerning and now he's almost 40 years old.
And now he has surgically repaired knees and he's almost 40Why does everyone conveniently forget that Francis had no knee's in that fight?
Are we just going to forget Tom also has a surgically repaired Knee? And now he has surgically repaired knees and he's almost 40
Sure, one knee, and he's 31.Are we just going to forget Tom also has a surgically repaired Knee?
There is but there's no evidence of the knees compromising Francis' performance..Sure, one knee, and he's 31.
There is a huge difference between 31 and 38.
Well, it's a moot point because Ngannou is gone and will no longer be fighting real competitionThere is but there's no evidence of the knees compromising Francis' performance..
