Media Francis Ngannou goes absolutely OFF on Dana White

I'm not super interested in what either guy has to say. But the facts are that Frank made a crud load of money with only two boxing matches and not in the UFC. Dana can talk about the money Francis "would have made" and acts like it's a currently reality, it's not. That money isn't in Francis bank account.

Dana is a manchild and he has surrounded himself with people who enable his toddler behavior because he isn't man enough to face criticism.
The best example of it is when they cut Francis name out of Adesanya 305 promo and introduced Nchukwi as Cameroon's first UFC fighter.
When questioned about it later he said that he didn't order it but the marketing people did it because they assumed that it is what he would want
That says a lot about how shit go over there

I, for one, couldn't care less about Ngannou, Dana, their contract beliefs, or their squabble.

Both of em need to STFU and move the fuck on instead of bickering like women over social media.

Wouldn’t the classy thing be for Francis to to say exactly what you think Dana should’ve said?

Hypocrite.
He did many times... many interviews of him taking the high road and saying the negotiations didnt work out and he wanted some freedom.
But every time Dana shits on him.
Sad thing is, if the guy who is more on media keeps repeating the same thing, it sticks.

This is an insightful comment. The larger sports franchises (and larger organizations in general) require a higher level of professionalism to succeed and stay on top. It’s easier to find a dictator, a bully, small-minded leader etc. in smaller environments.

But at the same time, the type of personality who can take something from small and obscure to mainstream is very different from the one tasked with keeping a very big one on top. A Bellicheck-type can’t build the UFC from where it was, just like Dana isn’t fit to take the UFC to the level of the NFL.

I expect that the person who will replace Dana will be different since the leadership needs aren’t the same as when Dana first came in.
This is why I feel like Dana should go.

Honestly he should have gone with the WWE merger.

It's time. He did the part he was built for. Now the parts he is terrible for are all that is left.

2024 has been a bad year for Dana. Starting with slapping his wife. PowerSlap is a pretty monumental fail. His ngannou rants,... his Jon Jones #1 p4p silliness.

It's time.

Dana gonna Dana. I mainly remember him being this way with the whole Fedor thing, and to a lesser extent, the way he turned on GSP. If he doesn't own you, then your legacy in the fight game doesn't exist.

It's his nature at the end of the day. I'm just salty that we didn't get Jones vs. Ngannou.

What did you look? Dana talked about Nganou saying that he made less money than he could in the UFC, that he was scared of losing to Jones and that he is about the money and Nganou replies to that.
he for sure didnt made less money but its a fact that he turned down the 8 -14 million offer to fight jones
thats more than what he earned vs fury
do we even know how much he earned fighting in pfl mma fight?

heres a link that nganous team refused the fight with jones

for sure he made a good amount of money
but not that big of a gap

he was offerd 8-14 million to fight jones but his team declined
he earned 10 million instead fighting fury

i wonder how much he earned in pfl in that mma fight

Imagine if Stipe pulls out and Jones refuses to fight Aspinall as back-up.

Francis represents everything that the UFC/Dana fear.

Their athletes making far more money outside the UFC, after the UFC has spent millions promoting them.

How many promotions have you said this about by now?

The UFC loves the minor leagues overspending. It lets them come in in a few years and buy them out on the cheap once their unsustainable business model fails.

Hmmm, got us all wondering about that analogy.

Thinkin' about that Kowboy, ya reckon it may be a rebound thing with the wife beating pair ?

Some wimmenz use something as a weak AF Replacement for a Real Man.

Is Dana, similarly using Pico, as a weak AF Replacement for the Real Man, Francis ?
hahahah I had a girlfriend years ago that when we broke up things were suppousedly "cool" but I found out she was talking a lot shit about me but and at the same time there were subtle signs she was still into me, the thing is that after we broke up I never gave her the time of day which is something I firmly believe hurt her confidence.

Yeah it's amazing how fight fans can be such sheeple sometimes. Dana says and does anything he can, to any fighter, to advance his personal interests. Fedor knew what was up with Dana years ago when he said fighters are just a piece of meat in the UFC.
What’s amazing is supposed “fight fans” trashing the UFC to applaud shit like Fedor/Sylvia instead of Fedor/Couture/Brock, or Ngannou/Ferreira instead of Ngannou/Jones/Aspinall.

Utterly bizarre behaviour by “fight fans” to not want the best fights by having the fighters all in the same best promotion.

Boxing you dummy

Just settle it in a room with Dana and Jones for once and for all

Seems like Francis is being the only adult in the room. "Hey we didnt work out -lets just both move on..." -cant see the fault in that
