Man I just can't buy into Hill as a champ yet

He's a work in progress, the guy has improved massively as evidence in his last fight against the old timer on the ground. Hill didn't even start fighting till recently in the grand scheme of things, that's why he's improving so fast imo.

Hill has got some seriously nice hands. That's a problem.
Most of the top guys at 205 really don't have clean boxing. They have "mma boxing" but Hill moves differently, he has loose relaxed punches with snap on them. He is a southpaw which poses a problem to certain fighters.

Dude is fast, seems to understand range well, he is athletic, seems to have decent cardio, seem to understand pacing for 5 rounds.

And all of that in a relatively still learning "rough around the edges" status, which means it is scary how good that dude could be if he continues to learn and improve.

Hill vs Jiri is going to be beautiful violence.

I could see either guy getting KOed.

Jiri is very weird and unorthodoxed and he has serious power.

I guess logic would support the more fundamental approach of Hill but I definitely would not sleep on Jiri.

I hope Jiri comes back at 100%, that shoulder injury is concerning and could affect his punches.
