Foundation or Wheel of Time?

I agree on all that. I made it to a few eps in WOT but couldn't finish. Why wpuld people make series on books and not follow it??? GOT was great WHEN they followed books when they didn't it sucked . Why must every Book arrive to TV series totally change ahit when literally all they need to do is follow the script already there.

About to give up on Foundation sadly. I was looking forward to it . But wtf..

I feel it’s mostly ego? The show runners trying to put their own mark on someone else’s creative endeavor.

I love the Wheel of Time books. Even the not so good ones, I still enjoy them.

The first episode of the show annoyed me so much I never watched any more of them.

Have not read The Foundation books, but enjoyed well enough a couple of episodes I saw. I like Lee Pace a lot, so it gets some leeway from me. Not a huge sci fi person though, so my view is probably a little different than a fans

Foundation is a little like Dune. I think Dune took alot from it like star Wars took from Dune .
