Trump deserves to be charged, mostly for trying to engineer a coup and overthrow a demoractically elected leader. The Dems have never done anything remotely damaging to the US. And when I say "engineer a coup" I am not talking about Jan 6th, but about the schemes , coerscion and attempts to throw out Biden votes.

Trump is most 3rd worldesque president we have had in recent memory, for his attempts to remian in power and overthrow the will of the people. But you guys defend him and defend people like Tucker who propagted the big lie, because you guys are tribal.

That's not even what he's being charged for, you clown, it's a misdemeanor over banging a porn star 17 years ago that has arbitrarily been upgraded to a felony due to political affiliation, while felonies from supporters of the ruling party get lowered to misdemeanors or dropped entirely.

However, Trump followed the legal channels to contest an admittedly rigged election. And you don't get to cry crocodile tears about "the will of the people" while simultaneously raiding the houses of and trying to prosecute the front runner from the opposing party, after 4 straight years of desperate attempts to overthrow the will of the people with sham impeachment attempts and endless "investigations".

It's been made perfectly clear that democrats don't believe in equal application of the law, and you all already decided you're fully on board with different justice system based on political affiliation when you were screaming with your hair on fire telling everyone that "muh classified documents" was the most serious threat to the nation and there is no question that it requires an FBI raid and a treason conviction, until a few months later when you found out Biden was practically handing classified documents out as party favors for years, then suddenly it's "well it's not that serious".

Initially there was a lot more pushback than by the end of his term when he was getting advice like to send false electors and a mob to the Capitol in a bid to stay in power.
