Went down a rabbit-hole of airline outburts/arrest videos. Spirit staff are some MVPs. The crap they have to deal with is just insane. All the airlines get their share, but Spirit is the #1 airline for the crazies. Don't blame them one bit.

it might be me, but I've noticed quite a bit of havoc in california lately due to power outages, not sure if the rolling outages are a thing, but I believe I've been through five in the last two weeks at totally random places.

I dont see anything too damning here, they were workers pushed to the brink with a mob breathing down their throat. The mob could easily lose it on them, eight hour delay is really shitty.

I feel those ladies pain. I get the customers are pissed and frustrated. It doesn't help anyone when a customer gives attitude. It just makes it worse for the workers and the customers themselves , they never feel better after screaming at a worker. I have seen coworkers unload on customers like that. Ive gotten rude with customers never that bad though. sometimes that's the only language they will understand.

As if the workers have anything to do with it (unless they are working slow as shit on purpose). Same as people yelling at waitresses if a certain menu item runs out or yelling at a grocery store clerk when they run out of something on the shelf.

Yeah I get they are frustrated and sometimes people just lose it. It does happen. You never know what a person is going thru. Most people id say 95 out of 100 are able to stay calm or even sympathize with the worker in those situations. But when that 5 out of 100 happens and the worker has leeway to fight back it can be hilarious. People think workers are the whipping boy and when it gets flipped on them they end up just feeling worse

Yelling or arguing at people who did not create, nor can solve your problem, is just the worst. Never will understand those types. It doesn't help, and it causes your stress to go up. Pointless.
