I work a car rental counter at the airport. Crazy shit happens. Maybe similar to airports. One coworker is this african guy who doesn't give a fuck and takes no shit. Real heavy accent. Dude was yelling at him how he missed his brother engagement party cause the line was 2 hours. Addoulay my coworker just looks at him and says pretty loud.

Maaaan that's life.

Dude couldn't believe he didn't get any apology and lost it! He starts screaming top of his lungs,, NO THAT'S NOT LIFE THATS YOUR INCOMPETENT COMPANY NOT SCHEDULING ENOUGH PEOPLE AND NOW IVE MISSED MY BROT.....

Abdoulsy cuts his ass off mid sentence and shouts , that's life my friend. Shit happens,! I almost lost it laughing.

That's not even that bad without considering the part of the iceberg you can't see, how many endless rations of shit she ate to lead up to that. Give this woman a raise. People who work in customer service ought to be allowed to blow up on a douchebag customer (or in this case, all of them) once per month with full support from management. If companies are as serious as they pretend to be about mental health, it's pretty necessary for people to be able to blow off steam in these environments as well as beneficial for entitled assholes to get a lousy attitude stuffed back up their ass once in a while. Oh but our ratings! Fuck your ratings. Dickheads with no life are going to leave shitty reviews no matter what.
