forgive my ignorance

    i haven't seemed to be able to wrap my head around this concept.

    from what i understand, if you do a certain amount of cardio for x amount of time at x the rate of effort, your body starts eating muscle for energy?

    or did i completely misunderstand?

    Not really sure what you're asking there but in general, intense cardio could burn muscle if you're not providing the body with enough calories.

    BTW, the VPD deferred me! :(
