Forget the SUB. Conor was wobbled and hurt!

Does this put to rest the WW match-ups for Conor? Diaz hurt him on the feet with 1-2's, when Conor supposedly has this granite chin (eating bombs from Mendes). I was more surprised at that than the sub. Cardio also played a part.

What do you want Conor to do next, defend the belt at 145 or fight at 155?

Another interesting match-up now is RDA vs. Diaz. RDA spanked him last time, but Nate didn't make weight. Someone once said, 'options are a good thing'...

Yeah he was hurt

thats why conor went for the takedown that led to the sub

Go back, fight some midgets and hope not get choked out.

The LW and WW shit needs to stop

This. I would assume, judging by this fight, RDA would have dismantled Conor as well. Quit eating steaks, go back to 145 and defend.

when he shot for diazs ankles it was like he was begging for the sub to not catch a ko

It's the ones you don't see coming... Nate is very good at disguising his left with his right jab.

conor shooting for the panic TD and getting submitted is easier for him to swallow than the fact he was about to get KTFO by Nate f'n Diaz

First time he faced a guy longer than him in terms of reach and he got fucked up. Also, Nate has a chin. Sorry, people, I kept saying that size matters.

Conor was winning pretty dominantly then Nate caught him with a killer left. He was out on his feet before the sub.

I thought Nate had pillow hands? Lawler would make him the first death in the octagon.

I will probably like Conor more now that he lost, but not before rubbin it in all these idiots faces.

Wow, thiguht the same thing bro. It's a natural instinct, and reaction when you're getting tagged and hurt. That's why he always says people will turn into panic wrestlers against him. It's a real thing, and he was the victim of that.

I honestly think the aura surrounding McGregor is diminished. He needs to rebuild himself in the division he won the belt. As much as I would love to see Aldo/McGregor II, Edgar/McGregor would be a great fight.

That's how the Diaz bros roll. Since they're not wrestlers, they get you wobbled in the standup with that nasty-ass 1-2, and then they lock up a nice efficient sub when you fall down.

They really are underrated. Only elite wrestlers can give them trouble.

Yes. I was shocked to see Conor hurt from those punches, and pleasantly surprised that Nates chin was holding up. Conor is an excellent striker but he can't walk on water like he tricked all of his fans into believing that he could.

LMAO, so yall trash the fact that Chad was winning until he was stopped, but now Conor was winning until he was rocked and subbed? And Uh no anyway he won the first but even in that round he took some shots. and the second Nate got the better of him most of the round.

Conor did not fight WW, he fought a LW at 170. He needs to go fight at LW or defend his title. Personally i think he should go to 155, he'll get used to the weight.
