For those who live in places with cold winters, What winter clothes do you wear?

I have thermals if I need them and I wear a heavy zip up hoodie over a flannel. It's cold in the pacific northwest, but not as cold as it can be.
 
-20°c is a pretty "cold" winter here, though it hasn't been much below -12°c thus far.

I still don't need much beyond good thick gloves and boots. But the air is almost always still and dry. No fashion. Much more like the wildling than a skier.

Edit. Apparently the coldest record in my county was -42°c.

Carhart Arctic Extreme jacket and bib.

Good enough to wear on the deck of an icebreaker at -20F, good enough for shoveling snow (don't wear too much underneath though you'll sweat your ass off)

Warm
Waterproof
Not flame proof like other Carharts though...the plastic in the material that makes it waterproof will burn/melt, battery acid will fuck it up too...yes I know this for a fact.
