"If you are losing badly entering the final round, would you consider quitting?"

I sincerely believe every last fighter would answer NO, and then would add that any fighter who considers quitting should find a new profession.

Am I wrong??

I wouldnt quit. But shit gets real in combat sports. They arent throwing a ball up a hoop or catching footballs. Its modern war in a legal setting. If you got the will, you can win the last round. If you dont, you wont.

lolol modern war

gtfo

some MMA fans are loony

so Pennington is the only person you've ever seen quit?

you must be new, people quit all the time, even in boxing. i guess you missed when one of boxing top talents in Rigondeaux quit vs Lomachenko without taking much damage at all.

sometimes when a fighter realizes his opponents skill level is beyond theirs, the fighter knows he cannot win and thus accepts defeat. people can say he is a coward, but how many people would've marched into the punches of Lomachenko KNOWING that they can't do anything and are only going to get the shit beat out of them?

not many.

Catching footballs is pretty hard when you have 250 pound behemoths trying to takle you. Ain’t no weightclasses in football

the pussie SJW mentality is ruining everything these days...The ufc is now a freaking duckin safe space competition

If you had thrown everything you've got and know that you are far less skilled than your opponent and that the result most probably won't change anyway with your body more battered up and tired than your opponent...and your coach knows that...then why the f didn't your coach stop the fight when your asking for it

Is this the Pancake Sprawl from IronLife?

No. I don't think I stated or suggested such a thing, however if I did, please cite it, and I'll correct it.

However, I'm a bit surprised at the hyperbolic reaction to a fighter's corner telling their fighter not to quit.

But that's just me.

Henri Hooft knows a thing or two about fighters quitting, Raquel should train with him

If your intent was to sound like an ignorant, dumbass, keyboard warrior...

CONGRATS!

You forgot to include the word "cuck" in your post. Then it would have been the perfect alt-right fake tough guy wannabe "alpha" post.
