Well that's why they want him to fight at WW, much like Jones at HW.

Since he's been dominating guy's his own size they hope coming in at a significant size disadvantage against the top WWs who have similar styles to him will be just enough to overcome his equal or slightly superior technique resulting in a loss "exposing" him as a bum who went through tough weight cuts so he could beat up guy's his own size, lol.

Jones is the exact same story except for the "equal technique" part. The hope being the added size will be enough for a hail Mary punch cracking what has thus far proven to be an iron chin, (neglecting to take into consideration Jon will more than likely be significantly bigger himself if he went to HW) KOing him at some point during the bout they are being proven inferior MMAist in every aspect thus "exposing" him. Kind of like when Volkov beat the shit out of Lewis for 13:30 minutes before Lewis proved himself to be the superior MMAist by finally landing that game changing hail mary punch that was his only path to victory.

This story being pretty much the same for all the HWs with the exception of Overeem and Werdum which are actually pretty interesting matchups, Overeem in particular.

Agreed, was never a big fan of Frankie's bouncy wasted movement style but the fact he became Champion fighting at almost his natural weight only cutting 4 or 5 pounds made it impossible for me to not respect him, though the guy he won that belt from only cut 8 or 9 pounds himself and actually put on fat to compete at WW, MW and even open weight so he deserves a mention himself.

As does Floyd for fighting for and winning the 154lb JRMW Title 3 times while never stepping into the ring higher than 151lbs. He basically fought the last 15 fights of his career at his walk around weight but still gets shit on for not KOing guys who at the time had either been KOed once or not at all previously with the exception of the guy everyone thought he was "ducking" who had been KOed 3 times. He's made weight just fine four times since 209. His dimensions are within the normal parameters for a lightweight. He's not 6'3" with an 80 inch reach. This unhealthy obsession with Khabib moving up is pathetic. What these sick fucks need to realize is Khabib losing to a Welterweight will never change the fact that he's a goat lightweight. And in the back of your mind you'll always know he lost because he fought a bigger fighter. It's such a cheap and cowardly way of expressing one's desire to see him lose.
