I'm sitting in my office and having a late lunch of microwavable instant oatmeal. A co-worker came in and said "It isn't breakfast, why are you eating oatmeal?". Short answer - I enjoy it. It's convenient and fits my macros.
It got me thinking about foods I could enjoy at any point in the day - jam and toast, boiled eggs and pizza are foods I could enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is distinctly different than foods I will eat for all meals of the day - there was a period in my life where I ate a pound of white fish for every meal, or ate nothing but chicken and rice.... I hated it though. Jam and toast on the other hand is something I would look forward to at any time.
What say you Mayberry, what are some foods you could down at 7am, 7pm and every meal in-between?
