I thought that was a fun fight, and that Conor showed a lot more than I expected. He has no reason to hang his head IMO. What I don't understand is how so many of you can watch the fight while reading and commenting on this thread at the same time haha. I guess it's so important for some people to hate on McGregor that they order the fight so that they can comment on how much he sucks instead of actually paying attention to the details of the fight.

Conor actually did WORSE than I thought he would. I knew FLoyd would be jittery early on, but Conor didn't press.

How the hell are you gassed by round 6 with your elite MMA coniditioning? Especially considering Floyd can't crack an egg, being small, being 40, etc.

I don't think you're delusional. More likely, you just don't want to give credit to 0-0 Conor for not being dominated by one of the greatest talents boxing has ever seen.

He was dominated. Out of 3 judges all gave Conor the 1st round, then 1 out of the 3 gave Conor the next 2 rounds. (Means he officially won 1 round)

In a 12 round boxing match that only goes 10 rounds... that's being dominated.

And let me save you the trouble... take the boxing judges are corrupt and wanted Floyd to win excuse and go pound sand.

It's so funny reading all these comments, "retired fighter owning mcgregor". I expected conor to lose badly like everyone else. A 0-0 boxer took half the rounds or down by 1 to the greatest ever. Props to both guys. If roles were reversed Mayweather taking a single round in an mma match would be amazing. Conor looked great. Laugh at his cardio but he clearly threw everything he had like people were saying was his best chance. Mayweather still has cardio and a chin.

Can't believe people are laughing at this fight saying people are losers for watching it when it was exciting. For the first half I thought if McGregor could keep the pace and cardio he was going to win. McGregor gave all he had against the best in a different sport. Way better than Floyd vs. Pac and I couldn't believe McGregor did better than Pac. Actually looked it up and McGregor landed more punches on Floyd than Pac.

It got embarrassingly bad in there for Conor. He looked like a milkbag by round 5.

Why wasn't he unloading when he had Floyd turtled up? Made no sense.

Connor has serious issues with his cardio. If he cant crack you early, he gets tired throwing bombs. This will be his biggest weakness that will be exploited from now on.

I'm not one of them. I bet money on Floyd and walked away with 300. Would've been much more if he had finished a few rounds earlier.

The fact Conor took several rounds from the p4p great and made the first half of the fight competitive is a huge feather in his cap. Everyone expected him to be dominated.

WOW! Yes! That was a really entertaining fight, very different for sure. McGregor had some moments credit to him. Mayweather was just taking his time, it can still be considered a good win. He's a master of Boxing and he proved that again. He definitely did Boxing proud. He'll be missed, Mayweather is one of the best ever and definitely the best Boxer of this generation. I think we'll see him continue to be successful.

Conor landed on Floyd more than Pacquiao. Pacquiao landed 81/429 punches in 12 rounds and Mcgregor 111/430 in 10 rounds. It was a good fight. Mayweather got his way in the end, but he was taking punches on the way to 10 rounds. Conor did better than pros. Not embarrassed at all he lost. He could of ran from Floyd and played boring.
