Because you haven't actually proven that their assesment of Trump is incorrect, and you haven't addressed that it's not just a couple of "biased outlets" which are reaching the same conclusion.
I'm not defending politifact, I'm defending the statement that Trump has out lied and flip flopped every candidate I remember.

Trump would never lie, especially not about something easily verifiable. Then he would never argue with the moderator about it. His supporters would not insist that obvious reality is fake.

I think you have to keep in mind that Trump is not a normal politician. If Trumps appeal were that of a normal politician he would have clearly lost the debate.
But this was not a usual debate. But of course Trump could still lose because people were expecting him to give a normal performance.
