Followed by....?

Anywho, congrats on getting a submission win man. Very, very happy for ya.
If you really want to know, a bottle of Cisco Red and some Vodka and orange juice.
The proper party will be later this week. I had Red Lobster today, though.

Fookin' Nice Work man! I like :18 in the 2nd vid in particular.

Congrats mate,

Some nice clinch work and knees. As you said yourself you were a bit wild with your hands and over balanced on some of your punches. But well done, he took a fair bit of punishment.

the vids were wicked finny. did you choke him out cold ? looked like he was out the way he fell at the end there

Way to go Finn the fight was good! But your really pale. You've definitely got the jacked, but you need some tanned. I suggest consulting AkronZip.

Thanks again everyone. Keep the suggestions coming.
Yeah, next time I fight I won't be repeating "Wanderlei Silva...Wanderlei Silva..." in my head for 3 minutes before the fight.
Got to give him great props. He had no quit in him at all. When he tapped, it was literally seconds before he went out, as was seen in the vid. He came to fight, that's for sure.

You looked a little wilder than the last fight, but I imagine it's pretty tough to be precise and composed while your opponent is swinging for the fences. Those last few knees in round 2 made my teeth hurt.

You can tell he was right handed....

I had moments where I remembered technique. He said that the liver shots (the kick, knee, and punch against the fence) were what really drained the fight out of him, that and he couldn't break out of the clinches.
He certainly infected me with his energy. We don't really have guys who go all out like that at our school, so I just kind of, well, Wanderlei Silva'd a lot of the fight.

HAHAHA... I like that.... "Wanderlei Silva'd a lot of the fight".

From that clip of him I saw before, you could tell he wasn't going to be fucking about. You did real well up against the cage.

So, 3 fights in what, 6 months? Making the cut each time. You gonna hit pro at 205 anytime soon, or you still gonna get some more experience first?

Definitely want more amateur experience before I go pro. My technique really needs to get cleaned up, and I want to be a lot more comfortable on the ground. It was really nice being about 5 times stronger than my opponent at 205, though.

How'd you feel conditioning wise? Were your arms getting heavy? Could you have gone 5 rounds?

I couldn't have gone 5 rounds at that pace, nor would I have. I could have kept it up for another round, but not 5.
I hit my lactic point in round 1, and got through it for the second. Not enough mit work in the back during warm up, which is something I'll correct for the next one.

I feel like a complete tool, I didn't even know this fight was coming up, and now you've gone on and won before I could say "good luck" (not that you needed it).

Nice work.
