2 min rounds, 1 min rest,
Arm-in guillotine x 6 rounds
body-lock TD x 6 rounds

Sparring:
2 min rounds, 30 seconds rest x 3 rnds.

Impressions:
I'm doing pretty well against blue belts. Had a couple of visitors from other fight teams this week. Got complimnented on strength, ability to regain gaurd, and low kicks.

Density Training:

Sledgehammer Swings (16lbs hammer)
450 in 10 minutes. Not sure if thats a PR or not.

Impressions:
Did pretty well this morning, especially after a night with Vitamin V.
Current weight: 233 lbs. Needs to be about 215 or so by Aug. 21.

Total: 432 swings in 10 minutes, +76 swing PR.

Yep, it was a PR.
 
No real set pattern, other than the first 100 was 25 per side.

Total time: 15:30ish + 2 1/2 min cooldown

Impressions:
Damn that wavemaster sucks. It refuses to stay at the right height, so I was fighting a 5'8 guy at most. I ended up shadowboxing instead, and utilized the mirrors.
Speedbag was fun. Never really played around w/ one before. Stuck to really basic rhythms and just worked on getting the speed up.

Giving Urban's program a shot. We'll see how it goes. I"m worried about the high rep stuff due to my genetics for putting on muscle, so I'll have to watch my post workout nutrition closely to avoid hypertrophy.
