I started lifting at like 8 or so I think. My brother had a weight set. I remember overhead pressing 50 lbs + whatever the bar weighed, so probably 65 lbs, at that time.
I got bench up to 200 by freshman year, then just kind of lost interest for a couple years after gym wasn't a required class anymore.
