I like this alternating between jump rope and sledgehammer and using tabatas.

Walk Out Music - I thought it would be a bigger deal, but the first time I didn't even pay attention, I was zoned in so much on the fight.
Dropkick Murphys is cool, they have pipes? Can't go wrong with bagpipes.
Rollins is good shit too. Personally I like more thematic music, but whatever gets ya going.

Fucking in the Bushes (the song from Snatch when Mickey fights at the End)
And I wanted Serj for my last fight, but the dude played
War Nerve - Pantera
 
Hmm. Maybe I'll go with my original plan and have them play "The Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot, or "White Rabbit" by Jefferson Airplane.
 
I dunno Finn, Dropkick Murphys would be good I think. And ya Sonny, anything by Pantera will do the trick.

Though now I think of it, "White Rabbit" would be kinda cool. You really only get the first minute or so of the song, depending on how far the walk is.
 
Yeah, White Rabbit would be good, kind of an erie tone to it.

I actually liked it when Monson came out to John Lennon's Imagine. It was like the calm before the storm (that never happened).

Not a fan huh? I like their first three records and saw them live a couple of times. The first time was when they left after 10 minutes because people kept throwing shit at them.
 
Nope. And Vancouver is weird that way. I remember Eminem replaced Cypress Hill and got booed of stage at the Warp Tour. That was before he was famous though. Half those people probably paid $100 to go see him the next time he came around.

Nah. I don't dig the "Roddy Piper" feel of just pipes. I'll probably decide the day of the fight.

Finn, I've been meaning to ask you, when you were on II, how much strength did you lose? I'm thinking of finally doing the 50 day program, but don't want to lose the strength I've gained the past year.
 
I used to walk out to Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult. Great song.

I used others, but that one the most.
 
I used to walk out to "Taylor Made" by the Real McKenzies. Also, "On The Road Again" by Canned Heat, and Dylan's version of "In My Time Of Dyin'"

The raking I thought was different too, but instead I thought you're a lucky bastard 'cause it meant you have no snow and it wasn't too cold out...
