So, I knocked my heavybag down today. During the 3rd set of the powerpunching drill, the bag went flying across the room. I had sheared the bolts. No shit.
It took about 15 minutes to put new ones in and rehang the bag.
My 16 oz gloves (Everlasts) are starting to show some wear. I'm thinking of getting some better ones.
