Overhead squats w/ bar, some pullups, CoC #2 closes, hub lifts, hack squat, Zercher deadlift, etc.

Impressions:
It was a nice visit from Barut. We did a lot of random lifting, played around with the anvils, etc. My sticking point in Bench was about half way up. The vid should be up soon. Any pointers will be appreciated. I probably could have gotten 320, but I jumped the gun to 325 and blew my load, so to speak.
I was reminded once again that my grip sucks. I'll keep working on it.
 
Conditioning
15 seconds rest between exercises. 1 minute rest after 3 circuits.
Circuit (x 6)
Pullups x 5
Medicine Ball Wall Slam: 35lbs x 10
Sandbag shouldering and slam: 150 lbs x 5
BW Dips: 10
Medicine Ball Push Press and Catch: 10
Suitcase Deadlifts: (sandbag) 150 x 10 (5 each arm)


Impressions:
Oddly enough, I'm not nearly as winded as I when I was doing these exercises as a split circuit scheme. Still 6 sets of everything in the end, but way more wind and energy for everything.
Sandbag shouldering was much easier tonight. All but a couple of them were just ripped up and on the shoulder. Odd. I guess some of Barut's manliness lingered in the dungeon...
I may have had enough for another circuit, but I decided against as I'll be going for the Zercher Squat PR for Graedy tomorrow or Friday.
 
the hardest part i've found about conditioning is getting started... it's hard to see how easy and fun it'll be once your good at it.

Split it up and consume small servings (~2g) 3-4 times daily. The more often you can consume it, the better, generally speaking.

Really, it purportedly increases your endurance levels, and allows for significant increases in workout volume and duration. Of course, more volume = more gains. Plus, it helps recovery also.
 
Okay. I'll get one up hopefully tomorrow. I'll be going after the 405 Zercher, so we'll see what I have left after that.
