Finally met Georges St Pierre today

I am telling you that i met him a couple of times and he is not 5 feet 11. My cousin is 5 feet 9.5 inches tall, and him and GSP were virtually identical in height when they were standing next to each for a picture. GSP himself said back in 2011 when my cousin was posing with him for a picture here in Toronto- "What is your height GSP"? GSP replied back "almost 5 feet 10 inches". This was in 2011 before his fight with Shields. GSP was listed as 5 feet 9.5 inches tall in a couple of fights when he fought in Canada before the UFC. The UFC rounded his height up to 5 feet 10 for most of his career, and bumped his height to 5 feet 11, so everyone would think he would not be short if he ever fought at MW or Anderson Silva. GSP is 5 feet 9.5 inches tall, to a MAX of 5 feet 10 (on his very best day).

I fucking hate people that question height that way like you. I remember back in high school I had this one friend who always said he was 5ft 10in and I was like, no you're not man, you're like 6ft tall, he was like no man you're 5ft 8in.

So finally tired I asked him and out group of friends to go to the gym and get measured. I was right at 178cm or 5ft 10.079in tall and he was exactly at 183cm or 6ft 0.47in tall.

So I was like I told you asshole, and he was like I didn't know I had grown from freshman year, and we went on with our lives.

I know I've grown a cm since I was 17, since I was last measured for a job so if I'm 179cm, GSP is about 181cm or 5ft 11.26in.

So tell your cousin he's full if shait

Almost always I agree with Dana over the fans whining about him, but that was terrible- definitely his “Cyborg-and-the-scale” moment..

If I were GSP, I would have a lot of trouble forgiving Dana without a much more humble, sincere public apology.

Or, I would just eat it all, quietly, until I was back in the company, and then once the mike, the lights, and the attention was on me, i would use every chance I got to punk Dana out, airing every behind-the-scenes-story I could that would make Dana look bad.

Conor McGregor seems to be making his life really hard right now with his "I run this Company" comments. I've never seen him so visually uncomfortable as he was in that press conference.

Serves him well after treating GSP like shit.
 
Just look at weigh ins, bout an inch taller than Hendricks and inch or so shorter than rashad both whom I've met, rashad is a fraction taller than me and Hendricks two inches shorter. I'm 5ft10.5
 
I hate people that wear Affliction shirts.

But in TS case, I'll make an exception.

I thought that was just a rumor- that someone in Hendrick's camp somehow got a hold of it and swiped it to gift it to Johnny as a kind-of memento, but a memento he cant ever really enjoy in any kind of real or public manner- much like if someone had stolen the Mona Lisa...

But again, I thought that was just a rumor, has GSP confirmed this (or better yet, has Dana addressed it that yer aware of?)

I only ask you because you typically are efficient at shoving info at me that gives me pause to question my fandom of someone I tend to turn a blind eye in favor of, in this case- Uncle Dana......

If all you can do is confirm its not just a Sherdog rumor, that's cool, but if you have any sound bytes on the subject, I'd be much obliged.. :)

Not as bad as a few years ago tho this place has mellowed some. Theres 2 threads on here of peoples pics and no one is putting them down.

IIRC, he said this on Chael's podcast not too long ago. And shortly after the fight with Hendricks, I think he had already said it in interviews. I don't remember if he got it back though.
