And if you're an employee who is constantly told you will get that promotion, and then passed over time and time again, even though you proved that you were perfect for the job, you would whine too. Yeah they will not lead the company as heels , but being a heel should not be a excuse for a guy to not becoming the face of the company i,t looks like in the WWE all of them were prior to making it really big.

still think it is seth, people hate him as a heel but also cheer him and some of his moves. He's got the babyface moveset, has the look and is good on the mic. Guess i'll know more once he comes back and is a babyface as most people think he will be.

I was never able to buy into Cena at all. From the moment he debuted until now, I just don't like or haven't liked anything about him.

Now that the older gen of fighters are dying off, there really isn't that ONE guy who is going to step up and be IT. We are never going to see another Hogan, Stone Cold, or The Rock IMO.

Wrestling is kind of in a weird spot right now.

I'm not so sure anyone should fill Cena's shoes. I don't think modern fans really want another super hero character. That being said, you can't dismiss the amount of children you see at the live shows wearing full john cena gear.

Roman could do it but he would have to take a pretty big change in direction from his current character.. He is long overdue to give up his "the shield" costume anyways.. Roman probably isn't clean cut enough to take that job though. His tattoos and dark olive skin probably alienate him from the confederate flag fan base which is likely a big majority of viewership.

No one on the current roster will be taking the super hero role post Cena.
