I dunno. I never cared for Andy and I've tried multiple times. He even had an "evil" version in the Real Bout series with purple flames and a different moveset, but I still didn't care for him.

This version of Andy looks significantly different. They made him a Ninja Akuma for this game. Looks way more fun to play.
