Fighters You Support Who "Fly Under the Radar"?

Chad Mendes. Maybe its just the opponents the UFC gives him, but the guy has been the #2 FW in the world for years now and he isn't talked about nearly as much as some of the other top FWs.

I don't think he's under rated. They're just building him back up to a title shot. They dont want him eliminating other contenders before he gets his second shot, you know?

The thread title is flying under the radar...not being under rated.

Khabib Nurmagomedov

He's 19-0, normally finishes, has as many subs as tko/kos, and since he beat Tibau he has gotten lesser known and possibly lower ranked opponents.(not sure if Tavares was ranked higher than Trujillo)

It seems the UFC wants him under the radar.

Thats a good one. Not many guys in MMA with a 19-0 record. That fight with Trujillo will be dope.

Hettes
Blanco
Rivera
Beltran as of late

after being released from the UFC, i've still followed Will Campuzano and hope he makes a flyweight return eventually.

how do you consider Chad Mendes flying under the radar... he's a top fighter in Alpha male and just had a title fight against Aldo recently...

Hettes is awesome, I want to see more of him

TJ Dillashaw. He's looked really impressive since losing in the TUF Finale to Dodson winning four in a row. Although his competition he's faced hasn't been the greatest he looks ready for a top 10 opponent. Picking up a win via 1st round TKO on 5 days notice like he did last month vs Hugo Viana is pretty damn impressive.

I was gunna say Dillashaw too.

Second this, though I don't think he is really under the radar since he is consider a top contender at FW. He has impressed me a lot since moving down though.

He seems to have gotten much better and he is way more suited to FW, there doesn't seem to be many very tall FWs while there are a good number of tall to very tall LWs.
