Billy Q has made a name beyond what his skills prob justify based on his refusal quit and willingness to get lumped up for a chance to find a way.

He seems like you could spartan kick him off a building but if he survives the impact then he’s getting up and coming at you again

Generally, fighters lose that dawg the higher they go in ranking because they have something to lose. The wars usually happen for unranked fighters with nothing to lose.
 
People always post his disco dancing against Cain but Brock blinking at Carwin after round one was badass!

Say what you will about Hooker but he has a crack, he's a gift from the Just Bleed gods, his fight with Felder was a classic

Justin, Dustin, and Chandler all quit — both tapped to Charles recently — while Chandler quit and tapped to Dustin his last fight.

Dustin admitted he thought about quitting to Holloway, but he pulled out the win.

Holloway tapped once, to Dustin when he was very young, but has never shown signs of quitting since.

Piss take. If every fighter got a flat rate they would fight even safer and every fight would be boring. Incentive. Look it up.

How would that result in boring? Their incentive would be to improve their marketability and ranking, the best way of doing that is fighting in an exciting manner, even if the result might be a fun loss (think Chandler, basically what he's done since arriving in UFC)

Incentivizing winning alone results in lay and pray
