i have met trans people who transitioned early on or around 16-18. they are very similar physically to sis women but actually seemingly have less muscle tone and are weaker some even prettier.
for the most part. these kinds of people competing in mma would likely end in no bid deal. No issues. Most of them likely losing. They have less testosterone and higher estrogen levels than average females let alone comparing them to female athletes and most are underdeveloped or had low testosterone growing up to begin with.

apparently fallon didn't transition to later in life closer to 30 and clearly is not this type i am talking about.
