Anyone else think guys might be pulling out with injuries they might be able to fight through in hopes that they could be healed in time to get on this card? Instead of fighting and risking further injury. Knowing this is going to be a huge card and bring in a lot of money $$$

First event @ MSG, if they fail to prepare for a historical event that will have eyes on the sport of MMA, it will be there fault.

It will bring in a lot of money for the UFC. They probably wouldn't care if they are fighting in New York vs Kentucky.

A lot of money? Won't NYC tax the shit out of them?

That is definitely a show that you don't want to underperform at. It's not just the normal UFC fans watching, its the government of the State and all of their supporters/haters. But more importantly, Who is that Godess in your AV?

Are you going to name any of these guys that you think are pulling out to get on the NYC card?

Which guys? 99% of UFC fighters dont get any profit sharing so why would they care

Jon Jones should have pulled out a couple times early in his career.

I hope Weidman, Cain and Aldo are the top 3 fights for UFC 205. just to give Dana stress and a mental breakdown hahaha

Nah, I don't think it works like that.

I think most fighters have a hunger to fight when they have signed all the papers. And if they get injured, they probably just wanna fight as soon as possible.

Weidman, Connors mentioned it, Rhonda has been holding out fighting and it's been mentioned she might be returning then. It kind of happened for the 200 event as well. Dc pulled out said he wanted the John jones rematch for 200. And I know there were others mentioned throughout posts on here. Really don't have the time to go looking at fighters who have pulled out and then said they would be ready for 200 or the msg event. Not saying it's even true I've just seen it pop up guys pulling out of fights then saying but I'll be ready for 200 or the msg event.
