The blog will be more for personal thoughts and reflection and this will be to keep track of my training workouts though I might decide to put the workouts on my blog later as well. My goal is to simply learn as much as I can from as from as many different applicable martial arts as possible while sparring regularly, eating healthy and staying fit. Alright, I'm thinking about getting a throwing dummy to mix up my heavy bag workout. Bag work for 1 min, throw the dummy / GnP for 1 min, bodyweight exercises for 1 min, rest for 1 min, repeat 6 times. Sounds fun. Getting tired of the Bas Rutten MMA workout.
