It's crazy how fast body just goes to shit if you eat couple of burgers. Dude was ripped to shreds, ate 3 burgers and had a cola and body just ballooned , ask Paddy. You train your whole life and then you had a cake and you look like you never trained in your life.
That's why I hate ripped roiders at the gym because I know how difficult is to maintain a good physique being natty and these fuckers can eat burgers and play computer games while eating potatoe chips and they will still be more ripped than someone who trains and eats so-so.
