Please explain to me how the FBI is in any way responsible for foreign affairs; I might be missing something. It was always a pretty clear distinction between the FBI and the CIA that the former is tasked with domestic law enforcement and the latter handles foreign cases. Did this change somewhere along the way when I wasn't looking?

I don't know. I've just watched the videos of him claiming that Iraq has WMD's and they are afraid they will supply them to terrorist. Why he was doing this if this is a CIA issue I don't know.

FBI is domestic. He was referencing Powell's testimony and saying how it could effect us Domestically

Here is Mueller's entire testimony to the senate that day.

In regards to Iraq all he said is that they are one of the 7 state sponsors of terrorism and they either have WMDs or the capability of producing them. He references Powell's testimony. He doesn't support Powell's testimony because the FBI doesn't do that type of work.

All he was explaining is the dangers States who sponsor terrorists pose to the US.

In that same testimony he points out that Iraq the US destabilizing Iraq could lead to them working with Al Queda which is something they likely wouldn't do otherwise and it could lead to terrorists getting WMDs.

How did he blame the anthrax case on somebody else?

What happened to the Rudy that talked about things like education reform that worked for all people, I think his rejection / losing so bad back in the day as a presidential candidate caused him to lose his fucking mind. Really pathetic to see him go from America's mayor to whatever this is.....

He's always been a weirdo. Back in the day he was known to take shit waaaay too far when going undercover and the like. There's his weird obsession with drag.
