18 U.S. Code § 1512. Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant. Kellyanne’s husband is a world class twitter troll to potus.

Real question: Why do people think Mueller is on some sort of Republican clock? He's charged with investigating. There isn't a countdown clock other than dems getting annoyed he isn't just shilling it hard.

Typo, man. Seriously.
Also LOL @ constant accusation of being a"Trump supporter". I guess anyone who doesn't massage Bob Mueller's balls is a "Russian agent". He was a shit-tier FBI director and B-level prosecutor.

His tactics made news today- he's basically using criminal tactics to try and achieve his targets. Threatening people with jail if they don't say what he needs them to. I think this is a problem all across US where prosecutors are given too much power and when they screw up they face no consequences.

The most common one being "plead guilty or we'll take you to trial and then throw a book at you". And a LOT and I mean a whole lot of innocent people end up pleading to things they haven't done and crimes they didn't commit just to avoid the risk. There have to be consequences for that.

What risk is there for someone who didn't commit any crimes? Whos been charged with crimes they didn't commit in this investigation?

So you'd be ok with Special Councel investigation turning into Middle East crisis, with no end in sight?
He was set out to investigate a very specific crime. If 2 years in he found no tangible evidence of the crime, dragging it on further turns into a fishing expedition. He has 20+ government attorneys working with him and all kinds of other resources.

No tangible evidence? Who the are you to say what evidence he has or doesn't have? How long have you been an insider in the investigation that you know this? Serious question, by what standard do you assume he needs to tell anyone outside of the government what he has on the Trump campaign team so far when he has prosecuted several people already for related (and sometimes unrelated) crimes uncovered in the course of the investigation?

Assuming your answer is, well I don't fucking know, your concern is obviously misplaced.

Too many high-profile cases where people have been put away who didn't commit a crime. Criminal complaints result in 95% plea deals. People are scared of financial consequences of fighting the charges as well as public. Ex Gen Michael Flynn is a good example.

Everyone who's been convicted with some crime was irrelevant to the actual Russian investigation. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if you take any person and put a microscope on them, tax wise, etc... they'll be able to charge you or anyone with something. Prosecutors don't play by the rules, they generally have ends justify the means approach.

Lol @ Flynn being innocent. That's really your example?

He's charging people with making mistatements and tax evasion. That's called scraping the bottom of the barrel. Prosecutors do that when they have nothing else to work with. You take any person, and you can probably charge them with tax evasion and if you're stupid enough to talk to the FBI, they'll say you lied in their 303 and then it's their word vs theirs. It's an absolute joke of a charge, but their very favorite weapon.

Never talk to FBI or prosecutors without a lawyer present and best to always remain quiet.

You might serve a hard two weeks like GP...

<TheDonald>

Popodopolus only got 2 weeks in jail, but still a felony on his record.
Trump will issue a pardon, I think. I wouldn't have a problem with it. "Lying to the FBI" is one of the biggest BS charges there is.

Lol

Yeah people should be able to lie to the FBI and any other law enforcement body without consequences.

Same goes for lying in a court of law or Congress
