Or Chandler vs Oliveira? Or Chandler vs Gaethje? Which makes most sense?

Tony needs a step down in competition. Perhaps Felder or Dariusch.

As for Chandler, match him up with Gaethje or Oliveira.

1 top 15 win between them, makes perfect sense.

Chandler vs Gaethje!!! Should put the winner right behind Poirier / Conor in the eyes of Dana.

This would actually be a good stylistic matchup, but Tony has slowed down lately

Chandler vs Oliveira is the only answer. Both are coming off savage wins.

Tony is coming off 2 losses in a row, and Gaethje is coming off a loss. Do Conor vs Tony and Gaethje vs whoever's available.

Ferguson is an 'easy' fight for most the top 10 nowadays

Same as last month. If you're a purist, Poirier v Oliveira.

But everyone knows and understands why it will be Poirier v McGregor 3. A few even like that matchup, though most are offended by the blatant money fight.

And after that, shrug. Any combination of Gaethje, Chandler and Oliveira will do. Since by definition merit is out the window, who lands the fight is about something else (politics, money, etc). Throw darts to decide for all I care.

Would prefer Tony call it a career.

Tony is 37 and has been in too many wars. He should retire. If he has to fight again, he should fight someone like Iaquinta (unllikely to KO him) or even Jim Miller, who's the same age as Tony.

Poirier vs Oli for the strap.

    Chandler gets the winner.

Tony isn't even top 5 right now.
