Social FEMA: Blew budget on Illegals. Nominal help for Helene Victims

i can hear the pull of those bootstraps already. those hillbillies better not come lookin' for handouts.
Um I am one of those hillbillies.
Getting gas yesterday was fucking brutal. Pumps out of gas and people acting crazy. My house is dark as a dungeon because I am boarded up. Grocery stores are empty.
The real crazy part is I own a business and had a client of mine call me yesterday and ask me if they can start sending me work again on Friday. I was like I might have no power on Friday. Then he said do you know when you will have power and I told him that is a question I can’t answer. Hung up told the wife and we had a good laugh over that exchange.

If you actually care, take 20 minutes and watch this video. He has the receipts.

What does that have to do with the disaster relief fund?
My original point off your post ,”congress approved”You’re being selective on purpose .

the point is those budgets are separate processes. the drf fund is NOT a constraint in recovery efforts, and it's completely unrelated to the ssp budget. this thread is built on a lie. so what is your point in this thread?

Don’t see a thread in WR or Mayberry about hurricane Milton, but will eventually need FEMA, so related to this.

But wow, this storm is massive. Looks like will be a catagory 5 with record winds

Hopefully it'll decrease in strength before hitting Tampa, but it's not looking good.

I hope so. I have some friends in St. Pete. They evacuated. I think their house is going to be fucked. Feel so bad for them.

I am in south FL, and was quite nervous until it shifted a bit more north. And that was before it gained all this strength. National hurricane center said 175 mph winds. That is insane

We just gotta keep drilling baby, let’s hit that 2-3 degree increase in temperature . We can’t stop until we have 200 mph winds

What’s interesting is scientists have been saying since the 70s that global warming would contribute to more intense weather like extreme hurricanes, now that it’s happening libs are getting roasted for controlling the weather lol

Them: "Weather is just weather!! Humans have no effect on the climate!! There have been extreme weather events since ever!! Stop being stupid and paranoid. Gas cars!! Gas planes!! Drill baby drill!!"

Them when witnessing hurricanes beyond our system of classification: ".....well clearly the Democrats are controlling the weather to hurt Trump!!"

did you miss the part of the thread where absolutely everyone broke down that border security/customs are the ones whose budget goes to FEMA to help illegals get shelter and food? and trump cut FEMA's budget while boosting the budget of border security? or are you just with skynet and saying the federal government is lying about their own budgets?

Serious question - Couldn't that same ICE money be redirected to disaster relief instead of housing ilegals?

Just saw a new Harris/Walz sign in my neighborhood so I should be safe from the hurricane. I don’t use the word hero often but that dude might have saved the neighborhood
