Fedor's best years were the mid 2000s. Those were the years I was referring to. The golden age of HW consisting of Fedor, Cro Cop, Big Nog, Arlovski, Big Tim and Mir.

Barnett won the UFC Championship in 2002, long before Fedor was even relevant.

Overpaying/Overpromoting Fedor for a cancelled event had a lot to do with it.

It would be a cool fight. I would definitely watch. I would be much more excited if Fedor put a bit more technique into his fights, because he could easily get caught by Mir if he were reckless.
