Fedor vs. Kharitonov?

Phil Davis is the best most competitive option outside the UFC. Segei isnt even top 20.

I agreed that Davis is a very competitive opcion but.. Davis is LHW, and Sergei is HW, and he already defeat #1 & #2 of UFC HW.

I prefer Fedor vs Kharinotov all day.

I don't get why anybody would be exited for this fight. Sergei gets wrecked by anybody that knows how to grapple. Barnett is no slouch, but he effortlessly walked through Sergei and subbed him in Strikeforce.

But Sergei is alway dangerous on his feet. Arlovski gave Fedor a good run, but Sergei easily tear him a new asshole. I think he's decent for a return fight matchup for someone who hasn't fought in three years

Wut? When did Sergei fight Cain Valasquez? He does hold a split decision win over Werdum from 2005 when Werdum only had one year of striking training via Crocop under his belt. That was decision could have went either way too. Werdum was getting the better of a lot of exchanges, but he kept shooting and flopping around trying to sub him.

And if you are trying to refer to Arlovski Segei ko'd him during Arlovski's slump. Those are two different fighters now, especially Werdum.

Fedor is apparently not fighting any aged fighter, but someone relevant to the future of MMA. You won't have heard the name before probably.

Sergei still has obligations to M-1. He will probably be fighting Marcin for the HW belt sometime next year. btw.....He's been doing seminars and helping the Russian Army teaching combatives.
