Fedor is older and his skills have degraded more. If they fought today Arlovski would probably be the favorite. Plus it's not like Arlovski is competing for titles. He's fighting lower tier UFC guys and he losses every couple fights. People don't want to see a legend like Fedor get knocked out every couple fights facing people who aren't even title contenders.
