The juicing argument doesn't really hinge on fedor having not done it, more so that jon was allegedly allowed to get away with it while his opponents were not so there is where an advantage can be argued.Jones
Fedor fought like half scrubs during that run and Jon did not.
I am hard pressed to believe someone was clean who fought in an org where it was literally permitted so I consider that a wash.
Jon, final answer
Unfortunately MMA hadn't developed the same level of competition in these two eras. Even if fedor was better than jon he wouldn't have the opponents to prove it. So yeah jon wins this but not totally on merit.
