I see why but you can help your brother and get him help, from the look of his eyes he is not focused and his mind is many places at once. His brother also seems the type that doesn't accept when something is wrong which makes it tougher to help. Weaken his defense and one day he will be back in order and will seek help from a mental therapist. GOAT duty family first, but don't take it hard on yourself your brother makes his own decisions.
