It's tough I know. Wisconsin took for fucking-ever to get theirs - but I always followed the law* while waiting for either the Courts or the Governor to pull their heads out of their collective asses.

Yeah, and I'm prepared for state officials to not comply without further legal wrangling. The optimist in me would like to think the government officials recognize that they won't win this so why squander the legal fund.
