I like using Bagels and croissants for breakfast sandwiches.

How about Nutella toast? Never had before any good?

When I was a kid my mum would make me toast with butter and nutella and it was the best shit ever, with the butter and nutella both soaking into the bread. Obviously took years off my life but I still occasionally eat it and it's always delicious.

^ Could that have been some payback for making her drink your pee disguised as soda?

Garlic bread w/spaghetti

I read recently something about sourdough having some health benefits, but forget what it was.

I'll take 3 English muffins so 6 pieces and toast them up real good so they turn dark and they are really crispy. Load them up with a ton of butter and sometimes add cream cheese. This is not a breakfast, its guilty pleasure nighttime snack

I make pretty good sourdough so that's pretty much all I eat in terms of bread.

My current favorite for breakfast: I make sourdough with graded butter layered into the dough so the result is like a flaky sourdough croissant. Delicious toasted with some eggs. Since there is a lot of butter in th bread already I don't need to butter the toast.

For sandwiched and meals besides breakfast I have regular sourdough, I make it with 25% whole wheat flour. I make bread frequently and share with my friends and neighbors. I always have some on the freezer too.

I have experimented and in terms of adding flavor to my bread, leek and really sharp white cheddar cheese combine for a delicious loaf of sourdough.
