I'm not much of a bread fan, but from time to time i eat some flat tortia bread. When I ate bread more often sourdough was my favorite.

Any type of bread is my friend. Never really met one I disliked.

Prefer rye for sandwiches.
Brioche for French toast
Sour dough to toast and dip. Bread bowl with soup et ect

I can’t really say I have an absolute favorite though.
