I am fat, unfit due to stopping sport 2 years ago. I put on 30 kilos, in your guys inferior measurments :wink: is 70 pounds. Ive recently got a gym memebership, ive started cardio.... and realised how unfit i really am... i can do 13 minutes on the rowing machine, and about 10 on the treadmill at which point i am absolutley FUCKED! i do various other cardio workouts also, I go to the gym every weekday, how long until i see results and should push for more then 10 minutes? Being able to run for only 10 minutes is truly pathetic so any help would be appreciated.
