Fedor is just explosive. I mean I guess you could say he's got fast hands but I'm thinking more in combination. Like conor McGregor style. I'd say cain velasquez has pretty quick hands. He throws good combinations. I saw that when he tee'd off on lesnar up against the cage.

Provides an explanation of that punch. Roy was a master at this. Notice how he (Roy) closes the distance by leaning in and distracting with his right arm without his opponent realizing. Then he throws that punch. Michael Jae White describes it as a like brake lights. When a person in front of you brakes, it's natural to see the lights and slow down. If the lights don't work you are more likely to run into it.

For those who never saw Aleks vs prime (undoubtedly roided) Barnett, Aleks was putting on a striking clinic in the 10 min 1st round until he either gassed hard or got injured. Handspeed on full display and dude was light as a feather on his feet for a bigger HW

Is it surprising that these old school Fedor fans leave Vitor completely out of the conversation ? Considering Vitor’s first mma fight was well before Fedor’s. They are clearly showing a bias that doesn’t hold water.

And this is what bothers me the most about his fans. Anything that casts any kind of doubt on him in any way is just completely disregarded, and ignored.

Look at Fedor’s first 10 mma fights. Subs, and decisions. Only a single win by KO. Does that honestly sound like the fastest hands ever ?
