Relative to size yeah, overall probably between him, his brother, Arlovski and Crocop.

Slavic handspeed dominates MMA it seems even today Stipe being one of the faster guys.

JDS has crazy handspeed and power but boxing technique? His hands were always down and his jab was mehhh. Not to mention his footwork is atrocious.
