"LIFE" is meaningful because of ones mortality.
So appreciate what you have...right now, whether you're super young or super old.
When fighters keep fighting way past their prime...that is their decision, not yours. Said fighters don't care if you get "depressed".
And yes, as far as professions go, being a fighter is rough, but to each his or her own.
When Jordan played for the Wizards, that did NOT taint his legacy for example, but many losers loved to project that onto him...as if that magically changed what he did in the past.
People love to project their own insecurities onto others, and when it comes to besmirching "fighter x" for being old/war torn/etc...let them bang Sherbros.

The problem is many fans tie their own self worth to their favorite fighters accomplishments. Take Conor fans, they are best example of living through appropriating another mans accomplishments. They do so to fill the lack of their own.
