Did you really imply all of African is an improvised village?
DDP has a right to say what he did because being a champion of a place means living there. This is why sports have a home city, if they move, they no longer represented that city.
Do you not see the irony of your statement, saying Ngannou was from a shitty poor village so he had to get out?
How can he represent that village if he thought life was terrible in that village and needed to live else where?
Do you not understand the story behind someone that didn’t leave their country for better opportunities, but instead stayed, trained, and sought to improve there?
If you listen to DDP he wants to show that African has gyms/trainers that can produce world champions, do you not see the pride in hearing what he has to say?
Do you not see how Africa should be proud to produce a champion that was born, raised, and trained in Africa and fights out of Africa?
You would deny him this accomplishment on the color of his skin?
