I didn't see this but I must say baiting him to say it is kinda funny and had he said it would have been great to sell the fight.

No he didn't imply that at all, he implied they weren't true African champions because their belts don't reside in Africa like his would. He never once questioned or implied their ethnicity wasn't African.
 
Izzy was doing like a rapper; he was saying "nig___a" not the actual n word. He needs to work on his American accent and try to sound more like Tupac, but nothing really that is a huge deal there IMO. Hyping the fight.
 
For the sake of not promoting this garbage, I hope his PPV's don't sell for this fight. Izzy is fun to watch, but racial turmoil in America is bad enough right now without this nonsensical race baiting. Especially from a south african and a NZ transplant from the age of 10 lol

Most fans that are angry about this are the same type of person. I don’t even particularly like Izzy, but his comments were so harmless lol.

Israel is very immature and has a fragile ego. This wasn't to sell the fight, Israel seriously has problem because Du Plessis considers himself a home grown African fighter, which he essentially is. Israel is just butthurt because he can't claim that, in fact he doesn't know what he is, is he Chinese, OZ, NZ, African?

He's not out here play 3D Chess, he just has a fragile ego.
